DR. LINDSAY COLWELL DVM
Lindsay is an equine veterinarian, originally from Canada where she grew up competing in Three Day Eventing. She graduated from the University fo Guelph in 2003 and has worked in equine practice ever since. Lindsay moved to New Zealand in 2008 and established the Prebbelton Veterinary Hospital in 2009. She has a special interest in equine lameness and racehorses.

DR. SARAH DALY BSc BVMS(Hons) IVCA
Sarah is another of our equine veterinarians, but is competent with both horses and small animals. Originally a grand-prix showjumping and equitation trainer in the USA, Sarah pursued a veterinary career in order to help owners better deal with lameness and poor performance issues in their sport horses. She has worked with many internationally respected practitioners in the UK and USA, and has now brought her skills to New Zealand. Sarah's special interests include lameness and poor performance, rehabilitation and chiropractic therapies. Sarah is licensed in equine and canine chiropractic by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association.

DR. DAWNE NAIRN DVM
Dawne is a Canadian veterinarian, having studied at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. Dawne grew up in the interior of British Columbia, Canada. While raising her children, Dawne owned a cattle ranch and was involved with breeding purebred Charolais Cattle and Quarter Horses.
Dawne is an experienced equine veterinarian having been working in New Zealand for the past four years. Her main area of interest is equine reproduction, but she enjoys all aspects of equine practice. She is involved with the equestrian community riding her giant horse, Sheldon. Be sure to say ‘Hi’ if you see her and her trusty sidekick “Turbo” doing the rounds.

DR. SIMON HUNTLEY BA VetMB
Simon is our senior small animal veterinarian. He qualified from Cambridge University in 1993 and has previously owned and worked in several veterinary practices in the UK before moving to New Zealand in 2011 to enjoy the kiwi lifestyle with his family. In his spare time he enjoys training for long-distance endurace races and competes in ultramarthons around the world.

DR. Tracey Rozen BVSc
Born and bred in Canterbury, Tracey graduated from Massey University more years ago than she is prepared to admit , and after a brief time in farm practice, decided that companion animals were her true passion. She has worked for many years in the UK, NZ, and Australia.
Outside of work, Tracey loves skiing, going to the gym , supporting the Crusaders, and spending time in her garden. Tracey also works as a volunteer for Special Olympics and has three lovely daughters.

DR. Vicki Mason BVSc
Vicki has been working for PVH since 2021 and is a valued member of our small animal veterinary team. Her main interests are internal medicine and dentistry, however she enjoys all aspects of first-opinion practice.
In her spare time, Vicki loves riding horses with her daughter and spending time with her family.

DR. Andrew Whiteside BSc DipSc(Dist) BVSc
Andrew is the newest member to PVH's growing small animal veterinary team. He graduated from Massey University in 1992 and brings with him a wealth of experience.
Andrew has a keen interest in orthopaedic surgery and is a valuable asset to the surgical side of the practice.
